More Yarn Please! MORE YARN!!!!!!

A daily does of fiber does a body good. And I need my fix. I didn't crochet or knit a damn thing this weekend and it's pissing me off.

I've been going to my local discount store for yarn the last couple of months and I have a blast each time I go. The skeins range from $1 to $1.50 and come in a limited range of colors, usually dark, so it's good enough for me. I'm pretty stocked with black yarn and a few other colors.

Good enough for me thanks, but I would like to add other yarns to my collection. No sure where I could go other than online though. I've searched high and low and haven't come close to the deals in my discount store.

In fact, the haul before last was given to me at a deep discount of only $1 per skein. I had well over $50 worth of yarn that time.

Suffice it to say I don't need more yarn, but I really REALLY want some!

I want to make these myself and I'm currently working on my practice beanie using scrap yarn. Of course I've already run out of the scrap yard so I'm on my acrylic/wool blend.

I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do based on nothing. I have no pattern to work from and I've never made a beanie before. It's not easy working around and around in a circle...well, maybe it is, but not for me. my circles a little crooked. LOL

Now I'm wondering why I never heard of it and how did Utterli not get bigger than Snapvine? It really reminds me of the Slide type crowd. What happened there anyway? I remember when I used to love Slide and then it just got idiotic. It was so cool, but seriously...why would I want to destroy something I worked so hard to create with idiotic glitters and sparklies? I shit my pants whenever I see any of my pictures glitterfied. SHIT MY MOTHERFUCKING PANTS...

Oh wait, I was on about Snapvine. SO... I joined and created my widget, but they don't have a way to add your own skin. I'm going to try to see if I can do my own.

So today my friend continued the story behind her first ever blind date and she's been obsessing about it for a week now. I told her she was twitterpated and she said, "Huh?"

I rolled my eyes and told her to Google it. Suddenly I got curious and G'd it myself. I wasn't interested in the main feed and clicked on images. After I sent her a few pic's of the twitterpated scene from bambi something else caught my attention. At first I thought it was a ring and I wanted it really bad, but then I realized it was a bracelete and now I want it REALLY bad. It's my favorite color!!!!!

OOOOOOOOOOH, this pirate ring looks so cute! and I love that they call it couture. Of course, there's nothing couture about it, but they really are cute. I love that you kind of have to  be a Disney fan in order to know what any of these things are. Either that or look at them up close.

Um....there is something ever so slightly troubling about this picture. I mean, it's Tink... and a pearl...and she's just kind of sitting on it, but....I don't know, I don't think I like the angle. Looks like she's blowing a  bubble out of her butt... That's kind of gross.

This beauty and the beast bracelet is adorable. I love the green vine and tiny red rose nestled on top. The only thing I wonder about it though is if the rose will end up falling on the bottom?
